Plain rules for anyone ordering placements. Using the site means you accept them, so please read the part on promises.
We do not promise rankings, traffic, sales or any particular result from a link. Search engines decide those, and their rules change.
Google's spam policies address paid links meant to influence ranking. You decide whether and how to buy, and you carry that risk.
A placement is an article on a donor site carrying one dofollow link to a URL you choose. It is intended to be permanent. Delivery often follows about a day after payment, but timing is not guaranteed.
You pick how the article is made: automatically, from your notes, or from text you supply. If you supply notes or text, you confirm you have the right to use them.
Pay from your dashboard balance. Adding rows to the basket does not charge you; paying the basket does. Top-ups happen in the dashboard, not through the API. Prices are in US dollars. Check the row, the target URL and the content mode before paying, because a paid basket becomes an order that cannot be quietly changed afterwards.
Ask for an invoice, or a proforma one, from your account. Prices shown at the moment you pay are the prices that apply.
If a placement does not go live, or is removed from the donor shortly after, tell us through your account page and quote the order. It may be fixed, replaced or credited to your balance, depending on the case.
Refunds do not cover a result you hoped for, only a service not delivered.
Quote the order reference every time.
Do not point links at illegal, deceptive or adult content, at pages you do not control, or at sites that infringe someone's rights. Do not use the API to scrape the marketplace in bulk.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and close an account, if these rules are broken.
Disputes: raise them through the account page first, with the order reference in the message so the order can be found.
If you list your site as a publisher, you set the price and you approve each placement. Payouts are weekly. You remain responsible for what is on your site.
