Privacy and your order data

We hold as little as the service needs. Below: what, why, for how long, and what you can ask of us.

Asking about your data

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Make the request through your account page.

Some records, such as invoices, we may have to keep for accounting reasons. We will tell you which.

Ask in plain words. A request does not need a form, a reference number or a lawyer, only the account you are already signed in to.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and how you sign in. Order data: the target URLs, keywords, content mode and status of each placement. Money data: balance, top-ups and invoices.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and error logs. If you list links as a publisher, we also hold your site, your prices and your payout details.

We collect nothing about your customers, because we never see them. Your shop's own visitors, Shopify or WooCommerce orders and Google Analytics data stay with you.

  • Account: email, sign-in method
  • Orders: URLs, keywords, mode, status
  • Money: balance, invoices
  • Technical: IP, browser, logs

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver placements, issue invoices, spot abuse and fix faults. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

We email you about orders, payments and changes to these papers. Promotional email is optional and has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and payment providers handle data on our behalf. Publishers see the target URL and brief for placements on their sites, and nothing about your account.

We may disclose data when the law requires it.

If our business were ever sold or merged, account data could move with it, under the same promises as here.

Cookies and retention

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a few preference cookies. No ad cookies.

Account data stays while the account is open. That is all. Logs and invoice records are kept only as long as the service needs them. This page describes the service in general terms. It is not a contract, and it does not describe the practices of the shops, publishers or tools that sit around the marketplace.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and we email account holders. Check the terms too, and the about page for who we are.
